The hotel is modern and sleek, yet very relaxing and comfortable. When we entered the beautiful lobby, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Check in was quick and the front desk staff member was professional and courteous. This was a great way to set the tone for our stay.
The lobby and hallway were immaculately clean and bright. Everything, including the furniture, was spotless, which is impressive with people going in and out all day long. Clearly the hotel pays attention to detail. This is important to us as guests.
Our room was located on the 5th floor in the tower. Guests can choose from standard, tower, and executive rooms or the presidential suite. The furnishing is modern and sophisticated, yet not so fancy that you feel like you can’t touch anything. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The room included wifi and Starbucks coffee. What more could I want after a day of traveling?
The property includes a fitness center, business center, outdoor heated pool, a courtyard with plenty of seating, a complimentary shuttle, and two restaurants, California Breakfast Buffet and Citizen Kitchen.
